Gretel was rescued from a hoarder's house in Providence where she was one of over 40 felines. When Gretel first arrived, she was extremely shy and didn't really trust humans. Since then, however, she's been improving each day!
She'll still hit you with her paw (no claws) if you pet her the wrong way, but she is learning to understand how to control herself and that humans aren't all bad. It would be wonderful for Gretel to find a warm, loving home in which to spend the rest of her life!
Adoption Process
1. Fill out adoption application
2. Return application to our office and arrange for an adoption interview
3. If your application is approved, we will then make arrangements
for you to pick up the pet and sign the adoption agreement
4. Our standard adoption fee is $100 for cats. All our pets are spayed/neutered and vaccinated for rabies and distemper. All cats are feline leukemia and AIDS negative.
